you know i saw one of these collars, it even had bloodstains on it, at a garage sale once. i didn\'t know what it was. the woman said they got out of that kind of thing because it was so sadistic. i wish i remembered where it was, so they can be busted. i bet they have names and addresses of where this disgusting stuff goes on so it can be busted or blown up. wth?!
