its supposed to be this super easy cheesecake to make, even though its a BAKE kind and its made with pre-made dough. we'll see. hoping k will want to do this one.
fed br's animals yesterday. they didn't seem that hungry to me. gave them fresh water. it was very late. he has the greatest view of stars from where he lives by the ocean. i know that means there is very little artificial light (we learned that in astronomy class in college) in the area where he lives.
saw tna briefly and told her i'm getting grief from people over the "dammit steve" joke. (i can't believe this!) she isn't surprised. i knew not to send it over to church because the word "looting" is in the joke, but i figured normal people can handle it. I LOVE CATS! why would they think i don't get the importance of what steve did, i just think the joke is FUNNY! i have the joke on my journal from august 25, 2013. gad! i'd probably do exactly the same thing as steve and save the cats, its just funny. that site, gets me in trouble. i'm not going to use it to trade jokes anymore. wow! the site has already been removed in the past and probably will again, but its HILARIOUS! tna says a lot of people never leave their house, their own little cave and just sit back judging people, very sheltered...wtf?
can't remember anything else, really need to journal daily to remember things. one of the kittens destroyed a curtain and i went nuts...then i had to stop and think, am i angry about the curtain - the material thing (which is stupid), or am i angry because the law says all windows must be covered and now its not - have to replace it asap. wonder how many of these nutso laws make us all act badly, when normally we wouldn't. the kitten is difficult anyway as its always slipping out and following about. it purrs a lot, but its destructive.
there is more crap about the russian guy. i'll add it later. ch says that the old man at work actually PAID the russian to stalk....get into details later. its making me realize that people will do anything for POWER more than money, as this job pays total crap, so the old man wants this job (which he will never have, his age alone and the fact that he can't work more than 8 hours straight without getting sleepy. seriously! he wouldn't even be up for it. yet, he is still doing all this crap (three years of this!) for the "power", there are only ten people at this branch, are you kidding me, he thinks that is power? wow, then i realllly had power when i was 15 and had a similar position at a restaurant and 53 people working there! and i had scads of power when working at higher end jobs...wth? does the old man want to kill me for this tiny piece of power as well? omg!? probably would.
still getting all those brain surges and still going straight home until my meds fix it. i can't take more than three baby aspirin without having ear troubles as a side effect, and my doctor wants me on a bigger dose of statin, also the higher dose of lopressor at night, makes me dream more, and that actually sucks and makes me grouchy. what a pain in the ass this is. reallllly need to lose weight and then maybe it will all go away!
headed to the marina briefly. a is already there. its still pretty dead around here. not a good sign for the economy.

WILL TRY IT, LOOKS EASY AND DELICIOUS, RICOTTA CHEESE WILL BE MY TRY, I LIKE IT AND HAS LESS FAT, ANYWAY, YOU HAVE A HAPPY SUNDAY, KEEP WELL, LOVE LUCY**
Sounds like a soap opera at work! crazy! That cheesecake looks awesome! I might have to try that!
That sounds really delcious! And SO less fattening than regular cheesecake. I gotta tell my hubby about this. He can make ONE MEAN CHEESECAKE, and it never has a crack in the middle, which makes everybody nuts. He won\'t tell his secret either!
I do hope you feel better. Meds have awful side effects, don\'t they. They fix one thing and make us sick another way. I\'m glad you live in a place of beauty where you can see the stars!!
you can\'t see the stars where you are darla?
and its getting worse larissa, i go through the paperwork today and its worse and more things wrong. i know its from trying to do this on a too small budget, you have to be able to pay people properly, or you get realllly crap people, who want to do NOTHING at all and get a check, the only thing worse than that is a vandal or a thief which is what seems to be happening here.
now the soso guy just called back THREE HOURS later and i said if he called back earlier, he could have had some of the new guy\'s hours, but i can\'t now...the soso guy thinks its the bank that is screwing up the paperwork and not the new guy. its still a mess no matter what, because what we use for double checks on things the new guy disabled and there is NO WAY he did that by accident. i hate shit like this!
good suggestion with the ricotta cheese joy! xxoo
Recipe sounds good! I\'ll have to try it! *HUGS*
