"Free yourself from negative people.
Let go of those who are already gone.

Give people you don't know a fair chance.
Show everyone kindness/respect.
Accept people as they are.
Encourage others and cheer for them.  yay!
Be your [imperfectly perfect] self.

Move forward but keep a vendetta list.
Do something every day for other living things.
Always be free and independent.

Stay in touch with people who matter to you.
Keep your promises.
Tell the truth.
Treat others as you would want to be treated.

Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Allow others to make their own decisions.
Talk a little less, and listen more.
Leave petty arguments alone.
Pay attention to your relationship with yourself.

Avoid two faced people and pay attention to who your genuine friends are.
Ignore unconstructive, hurtful commentary."

how much income you\'ll need in order to maintain your standard of living once you\'re out of the workforce. Retirement analysts generally set the number at 70% to 85% of preretirement household income. That\'s not because you\'ll be expected to skimp in your old age, but rather because some costs, such as payroll taxes, money set aside for retirement saving and work expenses, will disappear and others, such as your income taxes, could drop.

To keep it simple, Fidelity arrives at the 85% replacement rate by multiplying your final salary by eight. The calculation includes Social Security but doesn\'t factor in dual incomes; it assumes you\'ll retire at 67 and spend down your nest egg over 25 years. Fidelity also gives you savings mileposts: Save one times salary at age 35, three times salary at 45 and five times salary at 55.

3 times salary at age 45

5 times salary at age 55

that is how much a person should have to retire at what age? no one really expects to live all that long anyway.

20 things to do in relationships, that sounds cool. I try to be nice to everyone whether they are negative or not. If it is too much, I avoid them for a while. Other than that, it is not too bad. Thanks for sharing

Hubby and I are pretty much screwed for retirement, right now. We just cashed in his 401k from his last job to pay off some credit cards, and I never got around to saving anything while I was working. If I get disability, then we have a chance. Fingers are crossed!! *HUGS*
