I had the unit back the next day and it's literally better than new. The cable had been pulled and some wires had become detached, so after repairing the wiring Ivan had made the cable more secure so that the problem wouldn't occur again.

Samsung repair I would give him 6 stars if I could. All of the parts and most repairs come with a 6 month warranty because we are that confident in our service.

While I am glad that the battery charge issue is solved, I am now stuck with a laptop with a rippled screen. It is currently charging and running EXTREMELY hot — so if my laptop explodes, I'll be heading back there and asking for a refund.
