Petty Jealousy

Was filming sexy ladies the other night on New Year's Eve, and this dick-head had the gall to come up and tell me "You do realize you're nasty, right? What are you, like 39? (actually a compliment--I'm 45 hee hee)" as if I was using the camera to try and get laid, whereas I was actually just doing a job, trying to get on their cloud, their warm, loving vibe, and trying to make THEM, the slutty vixens and the macho shit-heads, look good.  It didn't even occur to me until a few minutes later that he was insulting me, calling me ugly. Then I considered the source.  He's a butt-ugly, buck-toothed Asian, and a rather mean person.  I should've countered with "Oh, and you're Mr. Perfect? Give me a break.  At least I'm a warm, loving person.  What have YOU got going for ya?"  I shrugged it off. He's a jealous, petty fuck.  Comments like that do make me want to punch a person's teeth down their fucking throat though.
I'm going to be aware of the dynamic next time.  When I go out, I'm not gonna let anybody spoil my fun.  If they turn ugly, so will I.  But there is a sense that I'm too old to hang with the early 20s crowd tho lol.  Gotta be some sophisticated clubs around with 30+-age people...

Or, you could have said something like, \"No....I\'m actually in my 60\'s...You should see how the ladies prefer men with some substance to them....!\"

I know it can be easy to get angry at dumb people, but I find that humor is the best weapon. Much more effective that fists. And, it keeps you in a better state of mind. Don\'t stoop to their level. As the saying goes, \"Never give a sucker an even break\".

Also - I have never regretted being gracious and compassionate towards someone who is obviously \"out to lunch\", but there are plenty of times when I\'ve regretted something said in anger or frustration.

Cheers!
