Petition for Suit

It's official. I have now received the petition for the court. In my opinion it is pretty clear.The attorney I have is one of the top in the state with labor law. Our case is based on age discrimination and retaliation regarding my testimony many years ago against a previous company before we were bought. My friend that brought forth the previous suit says the emotional ride is just beginning! I had to drive over and lunch and do a little investigation to determine my previous boss's residence so that he can be served. I had heard he had moved. The address was a new address which confirms.I feel I may need to get some help from the doc during all of this. I am not sure if I can handle it all on my own. Just driving over I felt racing in my chest and shakiness in my hands and rapid breathing.God, I am scared. I have never done anything like this before. I know in my heart I am doing the right thing. When I left the company many of my co-workers said they would be there if I needed them. Today, I called a former coworker for confirmation of the address and she said she probably would not get involved. I thought they would be there for me. I really did!Bob has been wonderful and supportive. He'll be there with me through it all as will his dad.God, Dear God, please help me through this difficult time. Give me the strength to face the demons with this former employer. Please ensure this step in my life is one with a short lived and we are able to move forward and free from my past!  Thank you! AMEN
