When I first came to Stockton I was not \'up\' on the one way streets and was driving along a street in front of the police station - one way and I was the WRONG way. All three lanes of traffic stopped to allow me to safely turn my car around to head in the \'right\' direction. I was hit by someone running a red light and this \'painful\' experience taught me that red lights don\'t mean stop unless the drivers agree to this message. LOL When the traffic light turns green I look both ways to see what jerks/s are running the red lights and the same with the one way streets with those going the wrong way.

LOL. That\'s cute, Barb, and I sort of agree with it. Guess I\'m a pessimist too. I never go through a green light either without looking both ways.
