Importantly, there is a lot more opportunity for training and development to be accomplished with the perfect Workshops. Many Employees spend a whole lot of time working in exactly the same area. This is fine for most Staff Members.

Interestingly, in the case of some Workers, this is not the case, as they may not have lots of time to dedicate to Understanding new techniques.
