Peeping in windows is illegal and a five year felony, its called a peeping tom/voyeur and if done repeatedly also a STALKER, which is a SIX year felony. if you have a felony and you are from a foreign country you WILL BE DEPORTED.
she has been doing this for EIGHT MONTHS, which means i have been woken up NIGHTLY for EIGHT MONTHS, would love to just sleep through the night without disturbance thank you. amazing that i interest anyone this much when i'm this old. could you be more pathetic?

i feel very harrassed by this. i feel that this warrants a million dollar civil law suit in addition to criminal charges.

i did call the police. they said she has to be over a certain decible to get her for disturbing the peace. if i install a camera and we get her on my property i can charge her with tresspassing. i\'m hoping she will do herself in by photographing with the telescope or something. wth? what a weirdo.
she was also going on about a tall man who rents from k. i think she means r, i\'d have to see the photo. i saw one and thought it was him and that was creepy as well. she was telling her from he is some jerky guy, who has nothing else going on in his life. hmmmm and what is she, ms. telescope and binocular person? i asked k about it and he said r is a leak. alex said the same thing about him. and i sit there thinking, don\'t you people have anything else to do with your time? volunteer at a church or something. there are so many places that need volunteers why waste so much of your own or anyone else\'s time harrassing?
