Pelvic Floor Therapist - "you are a very tough and complex case"

I saw the PFT on Friday, $135 later she wanted me to buy $60 worth of natural suppliments, and continue on to nearlly $60 more, then she wanted me to return the following week for another $135 session and go and have a series of tests done. She said and I quote "I have been doing this for 25 years and you are most deffinately a hard and complex case it will take me along time to sift through this to be able to help you".
My issue - MONEY.
I have bills, starting university, paying my aneathetist still from jan's surgery, car insurance, car rego, seeing doctors, my post op...all this alone will come to about $2000 if not more..I simply CANNOT afford to see her! I was fine with $70 and the first initial $135 but it seems because I am complex I warrent a hefty bill. I left in agony, I got that I am a complex case and my Pelvic Floor muscles are extremely tight and spasming. She did give me some exercises and I will do them - I did find her abit rude too.
But dispite all that her cost is more then I can afford on my $250 per week I recieve with $250 of that a fortnight going to BILLS! My head is spinning, mum suggested I wait untill I see my Spec. Obgyn for post op...Ill continue the exercises she gave me but I can't continue to see her! Not for now, perhaps later when I can afford it?
I am so sick of being a complex case, who ever said being unique is something special never had Endometriosis.
urgh.
