Peaceful weekend
I decided last minute to go camping this past weekend. The weather was not the greatest-it was cold and I had to go to Walmart to pick up a sleeping bag-but to do nothing and not be at home was enough for me. Friday night was ok. I put the tent up and unpacked and managed to burn 2 bags of wood. The next morning I got up and went to a little diner and had breakfast. The next day, I spent with a friend. We had a great time. I came away from this weekend still not knowing what direction to go in but do know that I'm still moving out. I finally got a doctors appt Friday and that will drastically change the course of whatever direction I choose.
I had no pain all weekend-but upon going home last night the pain in my left side returned. Maybe it is pychosis? Being home has made all my aches and pains resurface. When I arrived home yesterday Roomie was slumped on the couch and not talkative. He finally went out and had drinks with friends which I welcomed. Upon asking him what was wrong he said it was "work".
I am lethargic today-I need to get moving again-I have just lost all motivation. Until I have a path, it is hard for me to get motivated.

You just painted some of my bestest camping trips. My first umpteen kajillion such camp outs were out of necessity and no fun. The anywhere-but-here camp outs were better but still kinda awkward. Over the course of losing the awkward moves, the anywhere-but-here camp outs became an addictive personal treat. Who needs direction when I can just chill with Nature?
You are already on your path, my healing warrior. Keep stepping, even when ya doesn't feel like it. You can do this.
