Pdoc

Well today I finally have my apt with the Pdoc, tried to get one last week ,but he was crazy busy. I'm not sure how it's going to go because I have'nt had an episode since I came back from Texas so I don't know if the med's I'm on are working or not I just can't tell. The only thing that's still noticable is I'm still anxious wich is enough to change med's I guess. I'm just ready for the right med's and have'nt had any luck so far It's been a year when is it time to call it quits?!

I don\'t know!!! I\'ve been at this for only about six years -- only diagnosed and treated for four or five years and I\'m STILL trying to find the right mix.
I wonder if they can just ADD something to what you take already? Are you already on something for the anxiety? Maybe they\'ll add a benzo or something. I take Xanax for my anxiety. I guess it helps. I think the Lamictal does more for it that than the Xanax.

I think it\'s a good sign that you haven\'t had an episode in a while. I hope it is, anyway!!!

Good luck!!! I hope the doctor visit yields good results!!!! (((Hugs)))

Aw.... I will be praying for you to find the best plan for you. Do you take vitamins? I know Vit B complex helps me a lot. (((((TexasMade))))) Do not give up....

Vit B helps me, too. I looked up articles about Vitamin B for depression.

I also take 5-HTP and it helps wonders, but you have to be careful taking with SSRI\'s.
