Paying the piper!
I had an especially gluttonous weekend. See my blog for details.

I danced, now I am paying the piper. Our schedule was hectic (with all the ice cream runs) so I didn't get any exercise in the 3 days we traveled. I exercised Tuesday including a run (which felt like I had lead legs.) But it has been stormy yesterday and today, so I only did my indoor routines, which helps some. I have been especially shakey the past 3 days and very low energy levels. I sit at my computer at work and from about 3 to 5 I can barely keep my eyes open. Apparently I just can't abuse my body and get away with it anymore. :(

CM, hang in there! As you told me before, every day is a new day for people with PD. I pray your next 3 days will be awake, alive, and fit as a fiddle for you. I know how you feel, tired & sleepy, that seems to be a big part of my life right now. Trying to figure out what to do to change that. Sounds like you have it figured out, all but a couple of hours a day.
It\'s a real roller coaster now isn\'t it one minute you\'re on top of the world running a mile, and the next you can hardly keep your eyes open - I know exactly how you feel, that was me last week. Well not the running part (lol)
Hang in there, you\'ll be back up before you know it, just wanted you to know I\'m thinking of you and if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. Take care.
Just blame it all on \"Whiteys Ice Cream\"...lol. I do hope that you recover from your trip in a hurry, and can get your energy back to former levels. I do know how PD can be a real energy sapper too. Hugs, Dan
