past couple days

Don't know why but the past couple days been real hard. The ambien only help me sleep 2-3 hours,  have found the only thing working for better sleep is washing my beard with her shampoo before I lay down. Wish she would visit me more in my dreams but haven't really been having those too often either. Honey I miss u so much!!!
