Paranoia

Had a schizo episode lst night, ended up at the hospital for overnight eval, got to come home today, thank god, feeling much better today,as my seroqeul levels  were really low and that's what caused my paranoia. No voices today, so I guess the meds are getting back in my system. If only normal people knew how hard it is to live with w this illness. ... I think they'd be a lot more understanding, even I went to the hospital , they automatlly did a drug test because they thought I washigh on meth or something.. I  felt really insulted by this. I didn't like them looking at me like I was s dope addict... I have problems but drugs arent one of them... Wish we could end this stigma about mental illnesses!

I\'m sorry you got drug tested! I would be insulted too! Glad you\'re feeling better. I wish the stigma would go away, then I could freely go therapy without feeling judged. Hugs! And cheers to feeling better!

Exactly well put. our character is all too often crucified. We are not horrible people who go around doing horrible things. We have horrible imaginings and these distract us from being able to navigate in society.
