Pantyhose....

Well some lessons are learned the hard way.  Went home and iced my elbow into oblivion, it is still giving me grief today.  My headache is back, I guess it wants to be my constant companion.  I am so very sleepy, I just want to be in bed.  I know there was an hour change, yeah Spring Forward, but usually doesn't kick my butt this much.
