Panic Attack caused by multiple triggers

1) Today I saw my therapist for the last time.  I'm switching to a new one.  I've met the new one once and I know she will be good for me, but, nonetheless, good-byes are always hard.  On top of that, we had a pretty intense session.  I talked about this dream I had with a tornado.  We talked about the different things in the dream.  She asked me to describe what I think a tornado represents.  "destructive, uncontrollable, unpredictable, all you can do is run from it, comes out of no where, you don't know where it's going..." etc.  Then we went through other elements of the dream.  She came back to the tornado and said "What do you think is ..." and read of the list I described.  I paused a moment... and then said "FEELINGS!!!!"  lol, and in the dream I was running from the tornado, and there was no safe place to etc etc.  It was pretty good talking about it.

2) Talked to my dad about the car.  Nothing bad, just something that needs to be taken care of.  Some things need to be fixed, I have to call the shop and make an appointment..........  just thinking about doing that stuff is making me feel stressed, but it's no big deal.  I have the funds set aside for it and all. It's just getting it done.

3) I advertised piano and Latin lessons.  I should have just advertised piano.  I got 2 emails about piano, and 1 call about Latin.  Teaching Latin is stressful though, I'm not sure I'm ready to handle it, but it is something I can do. have done.  Oye.  While I talked to the mother about Latin I was all excited as soon as got off the phone I was like 'What have I done?  I should never have advertised Latin.  I'm not ready for that yet...."  But my friend thinks I'm just afraid of getting better.  She says I can do it, and she'll support me through it. ;) good friend.
panic attack hit after the above three things.  So frustrating!!!  I was eating dinner when I started to 'freeze up'.  But I managed to finish eating and called a friend and am finally feeling better.
