Panic Attack

Had a panic attack this morning.  Bad one.  Had to try to hide it from the kids.
This is my last week working at my current company.  Next week I have off.  Then I start my new job.  I'm trying to close out activities at my current job.  That's been stressful.  I can't say I'm sweating about the new job, but there is some worry about the unknown there.
I'm also doing taxes, which doesn't stress me out too much, but I keep getting distracted from it and I know I have to get them done.
I'm also working on the house repair to get the house ready for sale.  Again, this isn't too stressful.  I know I'll probably be working all weekend on this.
Next week, I'm taking off with the kids to go camping.  I'm going to have to prepare for that trip, along side of doing the taxes and fixing up the house this weekend.
My old boss and friend died last week.  I had not seen him in many years, but I guess he had become an alcoholic and his body just gave out.  It has shocked me more than I realized it would.
Likewise, my cousin's 13 year old son committed suicide this week.  That's also a shocker.
As Heather and I are getting further into the nitty gritty of the divorce, things are getting more stressful.  She's busy with starting her new job and she's stressed all the time.
Last night I went out with some buddies to hang out.  Heather told me this morning that she took the kids out for yogurt after school.  She said the kids were very misbehaved.  Jaden was crawling on the floor.  Megan was spinning on a chair.  Logan actually tried to steal and ice cream cone.  What's worse is that Megan had lied to Heather and said she didn't have homework.  When they got home Heather had to deal with a ton of homework, and had a few problems that they had not finished.
I started to work with Megan this morning on her last few math problems.  We worked through the first one in just a minute or two.  The second one was more challenging.  I came up with an answer, but it didn't  feel right.  I double checked my work.  As I was working on it, I started to have a shortness of breath.  I could feel the panic rising in me.  I excused myself and went to lay down on my bed.  I got up long enough to help Heather and the kids get into the car and head to school.  I then went and layed down in bed for another 20 minutes.  I then got up and went into work.  I was feeling better during my drive into work and focusing on what I need to get done.  Unfortunately, many of the things I'm working on are my closeout tasks, which is causing me more stress.
I think I'm going to cut out early today (it's my last week after all) and try to get to bed early.  I know this is a panic attack.  I just need to get through it, but it sucks.
