Panic attack

Major panic attack coming on. Working real hard on keeping that breathing steady. Could tell a housemate but that might not help. Safer to hyperventilate in bed, behind closed doors. Direalization sucks. I just want to able to live and accept life as it is rather than spinning or into irreality (if that's not a word, well say it is in this derealized reality).

Silent scream, muffled sobs, choked breathing, clenched fists held stiff

edited for typos-I'm not too detail oriented during attacks ;)

I have attacks all the time. If I called someone every time . . . I probably would have worn out all my friends by now!

This is the 2nd today, though the first was fairly minor.
