Pains - neuropathy?

So, from what I have been reading, the jaw and gum pains can very well be a part of the fibro. Seems it can be neuropathy or that type of pain. For pity's sake, what doesn't this disease affect?
Bright side- my teeth won't fall out. And this is a huge deal for me as I am obsessed with dental hygiene. 
Bad side - I don't see how there is anything anyone can do about it. I have only found mediocre fibromyalgia practitioners as of yet.
clearly I need to find a better doctor. I can't spend my whole day taking tokes hoping it may or may not alleviate the pain. It doesn't always and it could get expensive. I want better pain control.
how do I find a decent doctor???
