Painful...

You hit me with the rush of your embrace I fell so hard I will never ever be the same now you're afraid to lock eyes with mine & I'm so sorry I surrender I am so weak, but rescue me things will change differently. Cold to the core never knew this pain saying you loved me, it was all in vein. Writings like scars it's all ingraved. You came around & everything changed. I could feel the entire world it would slow down. Found something true, and my heart dropped to the ground. Time stands still, and I don't make a sound. Surrender, and swallow your pride. You crossed your heart, and promised me you'll be forever mine. I believed when you said I was the one for you...now without you I'll never truly be, the universe... it cannot compete because you got me, but even after you lie to me I still never let go... because there is no place I'd rather be nothing compares to you & me.
