pain Pain PAIN

No words can describe the incensational feeling of pain radiatiating on my right and left lower back, going down both legs, and DEFINITELY killing my knees! I helped my daughters clean up the garage....HUGE MISTAKE!! I am laying on the bed, I can definitely feel the pain, especially in my knees. I tried to ask my daughter to help me, she does not like to be told what to do. I asked my 15 y/o and my 20 y/o to make some food for me to take with my meds.It sounded like they were playing around watching TV. 
Right now, I have an extremely hot pad on my back. The pack is at least 180 degrees. I hear my 20 year old  playing. The flute in the house. I am at. The mercey of the 3 stooges!, While I amtalking, my20 y/o is still playing the flute. My 15 year oldsaid," moma, I'm listening" 
Incredible, my 15 year old is listening, and she is the one who has adhd. Aaafreakinmazing!
