Pain Pain Pain

For 8 days now its been so painful, all day and all night don't know how much more I can take of it. Really tring not to show it for the kids. But ever step I take hurts to the point I just want to fall to the floor. Its just so unbearable. I'm trying so hard to carry on as normal but its not working I've hardly spoke to my girlfriend for days now she thinks shes done something wrong.
The worst thing is the people who say "its only pain grin and bear it", yeah right would love to see how long they would last, I've lasted 6 years now with hardly a days break from it, I would put money on it they won't be able to stand it.
