Pain Management Joke

I went to a pain management doctor yesterday. It was useless. No pain meds given. She won't prescribe opiates. The only thing she she gave me a script for was a different muscle relaxer.
This was the status that I wanted to post but didn't.
Apparently they believe that I have pain. They do not believe it's all "in my head". I just do not get any pain medication to deal with the pain flares.  But I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS daily. No, because that would give me other problems. They don't want me to be an opiate addict so no pain meds for me.  I'm supposed to meditate and yoga and muscle relaxer my way to not feeling like crap all the time.  But don't lose hope! Go to a shrink, too!
fabulous.
And not the sparkly, glittery fabulous.  The, I've got a migraine for the second day in a row, I'm turning 40 in a week, and I don't even get a lousy Vicodin to take the edge off the aching in my back and legs from driving over to that office, sitting and waiting for 2 hours for my appointment, and getting this great "pain treatment plan".
The good news is that I did get back my side of town just in time to pick up my 7th grader from school. My senior was able to be with preschooler the whole time I was gone and everything was fine when I got home.I think it's fair to say that I was irritable yesterday. It spilled over to today. BUt I am getting to where I have had enough. What do I do? Do I go the medical marijuana route? I've never tried marijuana, so I don't even know if it would work to relieve the pain.
I think I may have plantar fasciitis. If I could get that pain in my foot under control I would be in better shape. I also still have the facial rash. I'm not sure how to fix it. I don't want to deal with any more doctors.
I need to get a lot started. It's not as easy as it sounds. I worked on cleaning off of the refrigerator. My oldest daughter is having issues with friends, I am just needing to go to bed and sleep.I am just in frustration mode and done with doctors.

I know it is difficult. The guidelines set up by our government is making it that if you need opiates you must go to a therapists. I wish you the best.

I suffer from migraines and can\'t take drugs. I have found taking calcium magnesium combo with tiger balm or china gel on temples, neck and upper back through the day can keep it at bay.
