Pain, Just another day in the Magic Kingdom!

It's been a long time since I've posted here, but I try to keep up with everyone's issues anyway.  I have not seen this problem before and wondered if anyone else figured how had this and is it just the normal process of fibromyalgia?  The pain is so bad - it hurts to touch the skin and yet - it feels numb.  I've had it for a long, long time, just never did anyhting abut it.  However, it's not something that can be ignored anymore.
