Pain & In Need Of Support

Today is about a 6 out of 10. I am hurting in my neck and shoulders and my legs and hips. Its the muscle spasms & nerve pain. I take the smallest dose of Methadone every morning, it doesn't help much at all. I was on Oxycontin but I felt like I was in someone else's body, like a bubble. So weird, got off those quickly. I am extremely tired and unmotivated. I haven't slept a full night in 7 weeks. It makes the pain worse. I have to take so many pills to get just a few hours of sleep. Then I am out of it the next day. I am going to a Specialist to see why I can't sleep. The studies show its because my hormones are out of balance we will see. I am fighting a sinus infection that causes me to feel worse, and on strong antibiotics which hurts my stomach so much. I have enough problems with yeast as it is. I found out no matter how bad I am hurting if I just get up & put my clothes on & shoes that I feel better. But if you keep setting on the couch due to fatigue & pain it actually gets worse. But its so hard to get started. I am very weak.  My immune system is sluggish. I am highly Sensitive to Chemicals, & I was expose to alot of it the day before I got sick. I am going to a Specialist October 9th a Endo doctor to check me for Thyroid Problems, & Mercury Poision. I have 4 Broken Crowns, I have got to rule out everything. We have to help ourselfs. After 13 years of going to doctors with not much luck, and no Insurance recently I had no other choice but to pour my heart into Medical Research.  I take alot of Natural Supplements, but I get scared because there are so many & I don't know when to take them & will they interact with others. Can they do me harm? I take Tincture of Skull Cap, & California Poppy, Yucca, just to name a few. I just have muscle spasms from head to toe. How can I stop them. I have taking every supplement known to man kind. Some help, some don't.  So today isn't my worst day, but its still not that great. But I am hanging in there. I feel better when I help others & it gets my mind off me.  I actually got to feeling better today once I got my clothes on & went downstairs & just started picking up in the basement. It took my mind off my pain, and I went to the fair last night. A hot shower really helped. First day that I have been able to do something in a week. So you see you never know when your days going to turn around for the best.
