pain drain...been awake all night w/ pain...exhausted...but awake!!
okay...here goes nothing...I have constant pain in my body...along with many other iissues. I am just having a really, really bad time right now...the pain has kept me from sleeping an I just want to scream....i know there are others worse than me, however, I have got to vent this frustrations!!! Don't know what to do.....

I have chronic pain too. A pill doesn\'t take away all the pain but I wish it did. I\'ve taken sleep aids on the worst nights. I went last late night to walmart and bought alteril and took 2 in the parking lot then I went home and slept, despite the pain and anxieties of my Mom problems. Have you tried any of the over the counter sleep aids? The alteril helped me sleep last night dispite my worse pain and frustrations. Some people here said they have used benadryl too. I have in the past and it works pretty good. I hope you get some therape. Have you got an appointment for any counseling yet? If not make one? You say you want to scream, so do it. Scream loudly into a pillow or in the back room. Go walking even tho you don\'t feel good. Get outside. Write a list of things your grateful for. Come back home and scream some more. Find some friends who will listen (don\'t wear them out) . People here will support you.
i was on pegasas 5 years ago,dr gave me ambien to sleep,it helped,a clock ticking on the wall sounded really loud,i sat in my car 6 months till treatment was over,could not work,sat in my car smoked cigaretts drank coffee,car ran when cold,blew threw $3000.00 on gas,was on treatment for a year,it was hell,lost my job,they didnt want to catch it,it worked in cured,i feel great,work for walmart,great company to work for,they dont discrimate,im rooting for you all your gonna do this,its hard i know
