Pain
I sure felt the RA today! Knees and shoulder were on fire. Strange how this disease comes and goes and moves around. I can tell though how I will feel throughout the day by how my knees feel. On a brighter note the sun was shining It supposed to be really cold tomorrow, below zero. Hopefully warming about 25 this weekend which would be nice need to venture out for groceries.

Well its darn temp changes that are causing your RA to flare. Been there done that. I agree that this is an amazing disease. One day you are crippled and in pain that is beyond a 10 and the next day you wake up 100% fine. I just try to enjoy those good days cause you never know when old arthur is coming to pay a visit and for how long he is going to stay. ((hugs))marcia
brr! I just can\'t wrap my mind around \'warming to 25\'! It is interesting how this disease moves around - when I first wake up I do an \'assessment\'; whatever aches before I get out of bed is what will hinder me that day. ;-) Helps me plan my day! Today my throat is sore - means there is a flare up on the horizon. I should get the laundry done before it hits but really just want to sit and read ... with a nice cup of tea!
