Pain
I amnot sure what I did to myself but ever since last Saturday when my Dad and I worked on the fence I have been having pain in my lumbar back and hips.It has been keeping me awake at nights and is so stiff and sore that I can hardly walk and that is a bad thing because I need to get outside and walk with Brendy so that we can get some exercise together.I did ride my bike on day this week but it was so hard to get on the darn thing that when I got back from about a 3 mile run I could hardly get off of it.Almost fell off after I stopped in the driveway. And my legs were so cramped and I didn`t even push it very hard just kept it at a good and slow pace.I figured that for the first couple of weeks I would take slow so that I could build up some of the muscles in my legs before I try something like riding out to my parents house that is across town, about 6 miles or more.If I take it easy I could probably make it but I have to be able to ride it back here so I need to wait until I can figure out what I did to my back and hips before trying something like that.It is not like it was when I was younger and could ride a bike all day and never feel anything like the pain that I feel now.It is like my friend Bruce and Wag say that you still feel as good as you did when we were 17 but the body just dosen`t agree with you,for some strange reason.

I am sorry about that! I know how it goes though. When I do something that I haven\'t done in a while, man I feel it!! I need to start exercising really soon, or I am not going to be able to climb Table Rock (a mountain in the Tetons.) I want to climb it in August some time. At this rate, it\'s not gonna happen. I hope that you get to feeling better really soon. *Lots of Love and Bear Hugs*
