Yup today's the day. I have my appointment at 12 to see the senior consultant psychiatrist to discuss my options. I don't know if I'm going to be staying in or not. i've decided that if t hey offer for me to stay in for a few days I'm going to take them up on thier offer and get me a wee break.Thank you for all your support during this bad time x

I\'m proud of you for being honest with both yourself and your Pdocs. They can\'t help us until we tell them what\'s going on in our heads. Take care sweetie. I hope you get the help you deserve today.
