Ok, doing the usual non fun stuff. Vacuuming, but noticed there was an issue. Turn the thing upside down to investigate and the lock release lets go and it comes crashing down on my big toe. A minute later amere touch hurts like a son of a bitch and now it is growing a goose egg, can hardly wait to put a shoe on it tomorrow for work.
So here I am... taking a break , propping the tootsies up with ice on my foot. Hmm what a hard way to take a break. lol

Ice is helping I soon have to start dinner, so will be back up on it. (All they do is tape them up right?)

wow, that hurts there is not much you can do. My daughter used an aircast for a few weeks when she smashed her toes against a shopping cart
Take ibprofen. It will help the swelling and the pain.

Opps. I have become convinced that nothing happens without a reason. Usually to teach us something. So now when ever these kinds of things happen I ask myself; how was I thinking or feeling before this happened? Negative thoughts? Little life lessons we receive usually when we don’t want them. The cosmic giggle. Elevate foot too. Hope it’s not too sore in the am.

Happy to report al is well. Got up this morning and swelling is down and had no problem getting the old tootsies back into their shoe.. So back to work I went (with them squawking no more than usual by the end of the day. ) Thanks everybody. :)
Is it your right of left toe?!?! Could this explain why I'm large?!?!?!?
Depending on which toe it was, will result in using different methods to heal properly. Just be aware that you're using the appropriate method for the correct toe.
