Overwhelmed by life
The past couple of days I have been extremely overwhelmed. I have so many things to do, calls to make, and I feel like it's just so much.
I have to call the financial department of the college I applied to to see if I still have outstanding loans. If so, I have to call around and find out how much my loans are.
I also have to call a lady about a DBT class/group she teaches that I found through my therapist.
I have to apply for a credit card, call a credit counselor, find a support group (wether it be online or in person)
And then I have a Zoom call appointment on Thursday morning with a lady to talk about peer support.
Friday I have a phone call appointment with Social Security to apply for SSI. (I've also applied for SSDI as well)
Also on Friday I have a Zoom call appointment with my caseworker to talk more about support groups and my credit.
It's so much, so so much. And I'm not used to having this much to do. I haven't had to do this many adult things ever. It's really scary and daunting, to be quite honest.
I know I just need to take it one thing at a time, but right now my anxiety is through the roof just thinking about it all.

Inside my own psych herstory, I have wondered if ". . .It all" is an even meaner psych symptom phrase as, "What if. . ." This morning finds me wondering if the difference between is purely grammatical. It's less boring to have more than one way to say the same thing. "I don't wanna!"
Ply therapy tools here. Write ^it^ out, spit ^it^ out and take the LFL (Long Fucking List) one thing at a time.
The sooner begun, the sooner done.
Keep the LOL on the LFL.
Breathing with you. . .
When 'thinking' seems too much, I start 'doing' thinking. I write out the list. On a different page, I write out what I have done, and seeing the two separate lists shows me that I'm accomplishing tasks one at a time.
You're on the right track keeping the list available so you know what you have to work with.
