Overwhelming Anxiety
I just don't know what to do with this anxiety. How do people cope with this. Day after day of waiting for things to happen, with nothing to do until the decision has been made determining which way things are going to proceed.
If the house is going to be listed, then paint and polish; clean and organize; and get rid of all the unnecessary clutter so that the house is as presentable as possible so that anyone who would view the place would be interested. Talk with the brother and give him the choice of helping to do this or removing himself and his clutter from the house or leaving, and having his clutter deposited into a dumpster, because there is just too much of it for me to sort through by myself to donate or recycle.
If the house cannot be listed, and will be forclosed upon, then I have to plan my escape and relocation accordingly. I would have to be totally resettled before my credit is completely destroyed, and start over with absolutely nothing. I cannot even imagine what recroprocotions would come from that, because this "walk-away" foreclosure business is not something that I totally understand. My neighbor did it, and they only got $40K for his property, which was less than 1/4 of my property.
Add to this the family issues, and I have had a really miserable couple of weeks.
