Overdid it, so under the weather
I haven't been over in a couple of days, sorry about that for those who visited my page.I over did it yesterday, and I'm paying for it today.I've been feeling pretty good lately, so I never thought doing my housework and laundry, all day yesterday would hit me so hard.I guess I am still fragile to the overdoing things.I tend to forget when I am a few days feeling great, then bam down again. Will rest today and will drop by when I feel better.I do check my hotmail account daily, for whom evers trying to reach me.Have a wonderful weekmckenzieone day at the time

Hey honey, please learn to set your limitations. What happens sometimes is that we want to get stuff done while we\'re feeling good in case we can\'t for a while so we end up overdoing it and creating the situation we want to avoid to begin with. And no matter how many times, we just never learn. I think you\'re a quick learner and will pace yourself from now on. HUGS
Your so right like usual I push myself and pay for it, again and again.
I will learn to pace myself.
Tomorrow have a million important erronds to run but I will make sure I have no more appointments for awhile after this week.
I can\'t wait to just sit outdoors with a great book and enjoy summer.
take care Alexandria, and thank you for caring.
Cancelled my day out, till friday.
Hello Mck,
I think I do that sort of thing sometimes - we\'ve just had a dreaded Big Blow - winds 108mph - the weather forecasters didn\'t know what to call it - so named it a hurricane. My friend Helen lost her kitchen- neighbour\'s roof came through her kitchen window - glass flew into everything: even smashed chrystal inside cabinets - the refridgerator will have to be replaced - most dramatic. My place as OK, but there was a great heap of vegetation in my yard - my new neighbour Joel, cleaned up for me (He\'s Bolivian, & doesn\'t speak english - but we get along quite well) - he was a bit upset by the earthworms, so I had to convince him they were good guys: I try a mix in this order: portuguese/french/italian: I tired vermicelli, but that didn\'t do. Somehow I saved their lives. Try to pace yourself a bit more my dear, that I have learned to do - o\'wise I\'m stiff & rigid for days. Am off Sat. to Western Oz. - not going to bed, as I have to be at airport at 5am. 4 hr. flight on a 747, so will sleep then - or on the 4hr.20min. train. STILL have o lower teeth - my dentist refused to do the job (changed his mind). Having an anaesthetic meant (a)new X-rays (b) visit to anesthetist (c) seeing the surgeon - glorified dentist., which cost 110$ - I have private health Ins., but they wouldn\'t pay out on it - he\'s classed as a Surgeon. I shall go down to the Perth Dental Clinic (they have a Dental School) and maybe I can have the lot done on the State Dental Service. They are so rich over there, that it should be possible. If I need treatment for my one tooth ( I\'m not joking) - I will have to drive myself 74 miles to nearest large town. Meanwhile, it will be 10 hrs. sunshine per day. Take care: I\'m getting a notebook (on daughter\'s Acct. - subsidized by the mine! - I told Caroline I think it\'s obscene - she will write it off on her tax return. To those who have...much shall be given. Hope to be able to write to people from over there - I don\'t know when I will be back: might find a ghost town, & repopulate it! Take care now, JaneD.
Sister, please take it easy or you know you could get set back...Love ya...Pam
