Overcoming Back Pain Injury
As you can see, guided mindfulness meditation even at this second level of questioning we find some very intriguing detail, such as the knife thing - I do believe there is a name for it but I can't remember what it might be and only "saw" the object during the exercise. This taxes the body system and drains the sacral chakra of its vital energy. It's critical to connect with this chakra when stressed. Balancing this chakra may also help calm the nervous system. Emotionally, this chakra relates to our emotions and feelings of well-being.
Once the pins were removed and I was back in reality, I was happy to have paid in advance. At this point I was feeling so good I would have thrown the entire contents of my wallet and possibly my womb into that box in gratitude. A business is the same. It is an inner work mirror, an inner training harness. Whatever successes you see in your business are a reflection of your inner state in that regard. Whatever challenges you face in business are a reflection of the illusions or fears you still hold and believe in.
