Overcoming Back Pain Injury
Pray and Meditate. We all have the capacity to connect to that "Something Greater." Prayer is how we speak with that Something Greater, meditation is how we listen. When we quiet the monkey mind, we can begin to hear the still small voice that resides within. We all have great wisdom deep inside of ourselves, however, that wisdom whispers. Silence your mind, then ask the questions you want the answers to. Be patient, faithful and listen deeply. You soul will never lead you astray.
But then the stories get more interesting. You are taken on a journey into your imagination. And as your conscious mind follows the words and creates the pictures, the 'chatter' of your mind naturally falls away. Concerns of the real world are not a priority. The ties and anchors are released, Guided Meditations so that when you do return, you view your current situation with greater clarity and perspective.
After the Beta wave comes the Alpha wave which is slower, ranging from 8 Hz to 12 Hz. The astral traveler's body is in a relaxed state while the brain emits Alpha waves but a deeper state of relaxation can be achieved with the next set of brainwaves: the Theta waves.

Over the long history of yoga, different schools have emerged, and there are numerous examples branches and philosophies that have spawned. Ultimately, all agree on one common element the fundamental purpose of yoga is to foster harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
