Overactive/Irritable Bladder

I have a Overactive/Irrtitable Bladder (have had for years) and I am now Incontinent in my sleep (owing to a very stressfull divorce). I now have to ware a Adult Nappy and it is always wet in the morning. I fell like a baby in my nappy.
 
But, I will not let It get me down, If I have to ware a Nappy to bed, like a baby, then I will. I would rather have a wet nappy then a wet bed.
