outlet?

Hey guys,   Well my question is what outlets do you guys have for all the pain, suffering, confusion, anger, etc.?  I used to write poetry years ago, but I was suspended from High School because they thought my poems were too dark.  They could not understand that the poems were not always about me,  because of my empathy I could take someone elses pain and exp. and vividly paint a pictue with blood, sweat, and tears mixed in blue ink.  But because of others reaction I thought my poems were evil and burned them and quit writing.  I turned to video games for an outlet, but now it works less.  I am rambling now so I will write more later.  God Bless, Sean
