Out of Sorts
I don't dream ofter but when I do I wake up with feelings of dread or uncertainty. This morning right before I woke up I dreamt that I was sleeping in the back of my car, yet, someone was driving it down the road. When I awoke I felt uncomfortable where I was...like I shouldnt be here. I am trying to get settled back into every day life, something, that has been hard for me but, this past weekend I was able to sit through an entire movie without feeling the need to jump up and start working on something. It's not normal for someone to constantly feel the need to be doing something.
Work has been just work. I focus on the work and go home. I'm trying to look at it as a factory job, just the same repetitious job every day. I block everything else out including my boss. It's just a way to compartmentalize things.
This weekend I am going away to Cassadaga-its an old spiritualist camp with a haunted hotel. I was finally able to get a room. Roomie is coming with me, he never gets out, so I invited him to go. I wish the weather would cool off- I just need to camp. Happy Wednesday to all.

Have a good day!
For the past few years (since I’ve been sober) my dreams have been like a therapist is working with me, saying; have a look at this little clip I prepared for you. Never had a therapist so it’s been nice to feel like I’m growing, even in my sleep.
Your get a way sounds like good timing. Enjoy the time away from responsibilities for a while.
Your dram sounds like it would have bothered me too. Hugs.
Hope you get some rest and feel better this weekend. God bless.
Dreams are usually a reflection of what's going on inside. Do have fears of losing control? Just a thought that crossed my mind.
I think it's great that you and roomie are going to the haunted house. Let us know how it goes. Kinda curious.
Have fun
