Our last night together
I just realized that last night, April 6, marked one year since Dina and I last slept in the same room. Last year I stayed with her at the hospital for this weekend after her father died. So that Saturday was the last night we ever slept in the same room. Wow. And under the circumstances it obviously wasn't a joyous night. Yet another fun realization.

As we near the end of our \"year of firsts\"\', we seem to remember all of our \"lasts\". Sigh....... Our time lines are quite similar. I am not looking forward to this next week.

I am sorry for the circumstances to which you lost your wife and father in law as well. Now that you are so close to a year, it must be extremely hard. I am almost at the 6 month mark. Getting to the end of my first year without Aaron is one that I am dreading. All sorts of pain and memories surely will return.
