our home is being repaired :) big day here :) contractor, workers doing great! :) updates, pics :)

Happy Thursday! :) Our home repairs have began! :) it's a very big and exciting day here!!! :) i've got news, updates, and home repair pictures to share :) 

Hi angel friends! :) Sending our love, and big warm happy sunny friendship hugs, from our hearts and home to yours :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice sunny day :) we think of you all often :) we all were up early, it's a very big, and exciting day here, as our home repairs have began :) The contractor arrived around 8am this morning :) a huge truck with a garbage bin arrived also. we were all gathering around, and my dad was outside talking with the contractor :) the truck, backed into our yard, to place the bin into our yard, on side of our home area. we were all watching on, with excitement!!! i was texting Holly updates. it's a big experience, we've never had our roof re-done before. the contractor told my dad, that a crew was gonna be coming. around 8:30am, the contractor's workers crew arrived, they have a van, and more ladders. they began to get the ladders ready, and were mentioning about our rooms, and focusing some work/repairs on the bedrooms roof areas. the contractor,and workers began to go up on our roof, around 8:40am. they were removing shingles, and also removing roof areas above our bedrooms. they put huge tarps nettings, in front of our home, and window areas, for removal of the shingles. it was surreal, all of this going on but so neat, and a great joy knowing our home repairs taking place :) 

Live Home Repairs Updates :) around 9am, things were in full swing, we heard the workers up on the roof, removing roof shingles, they put them on the nettings, they put above our front bushes, we saw them tossing the shingles. we were all watching on :) my dad went to the bank, and got money for the workers. he also went to the store and got some waters and ice for the workers. at 10:15am, a huge lumber truck came, with wood, ply wood boards, and new shingles :) they had a huge fork lift. we felt so excited to see the supplies :) our new home roof supplies :) they drove the fork lift into our driveway. we heard lots of activity on our roof. we all have been hanging out in our living room, kitchen. this big experience for us. after 11am, the workers were removing old ply boards from our roof. my mom and Lisa were able to go out to walmart, and got iced cold drinks for us at dunkins :) the workers have been doing an amazing job :) late morning, we heard saws, and the workers putting new ply boards on our roof :) they also put together a new roof rafter. this is great news :) things are coming along really well :) the workers are putting shingles up on the roof :) they working very hard :) 

Feelings of hope, positive energy, thankfulness, and spirited joy, glowing in our hearts :) it's been a journey, the past month, since the storms. as we celebrate the spirited excitement and blessing, of our home repairs beginning, we're feeling so many emotions, and feeling so thankful, and very excited :) You all, our dear angel friends, and Holly have been right here, by our side, through everything  :) we feel so blessed, and thankful :) You all have helped make each day, balanced, focused, and bright, for us all  :) wonderful comforting time here on ds :) i share all of your wonderful well wishes and prayers, with my family :) You all give us strength, hope, and inspire us, to keep on keeping on each day :) You all are amazing, wonderfully special friends, and we appreciate you all, very much :) Thank you all for being here for us :) 

The past month,we've  kept so strong, and taking things, a day at a time :) some good days, rough days, but overall, we've been able to keep balanced, positive, and focused on many good, and special upcoming times, to share in, with everyone :) our hearts are so happy, and thankful, our home is being repaired :) we love our home, and it's so exciting, as the days and progress moves forward, we have so much  more, to look forward too, with eventually being able to return to our rooms :) bedrooms, computer room :) we'll be able to buy new mattresses, beds, pillows, blankets, and will be able to get our rooms back in order :) my brother Bobby, and Mike, may be helping us out with our rooms, sheet rock installation, for our ceilings :) it's been a total team effort, the past month, from all of the calls, all state interaction, contractors visits, and keeping routine, and balanced with our days :) 

It's a beautifully sunny day :) this morning, i went outside early, for my nature walk :) i put lots of goodies, in the bird sanctuary, for our nature friends :) i've been seeing lots of birds, and squirrels visiting our yard :) it's awesome to see, all of our nature friends, and our plants doing really well :) we have some hot, summer weather coming, it could reach, 90 to 95 degrees, early next week. our plants will need lots of waterings :) i've been enjoying my nature, and gardening experiences, the past month, it's helped me,to keep close with nature, and the plants :) love tending our plants :) once our home is fully repaired, we'll have access to 2 garden areas, our large garden area, and also the garden area next to our front steps :) we'll have to keep those 2 areas cleared, so that the workers have room, as they work on our home, and repairs:) my dad and i want to put the garden fence back up, once all is repaired, and will be able to do some planting, in those garden areas :) it's gonna be so nice, putting some planters and plants there :) i have planted 10 more sunflowers, that are in the greenhouse, and would love to plant those sunflowers in the big garden area in our backyard :) we have lots of gardening planned, and by July, will be able to do those garden plans :) our plants are doing really well, in areas they currently area :) our popcorn, string beans, cabbage, tomatoes plants, cucumber plants, all flourishing, along with our sunflowers, and flowers :) it's so nice, and a great joy, the gardening season :) it's gonna be a summer of flower blossoms, and growing lots of fruits,and vegetables :) 

We're enjoying a great day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) it's been a very exciting day here, with the repairs beginning. We're looking forward to continued progress forward :) Thank you angel friends, for being here for us, and for all of your wonderful love, care, support,and prayers :) You all are very special,dear friends :) Holly and i are going to watch our show tonight,  on youtube :) tomorrow's baking friday and the contractors, workers will be coming here tomorrow. we're going to bake some goodies :) we love baking friday, and sharing our adventures :) summer season is coming :) it's gonna be getting up into the 90's next week, summer season is arriving. thank you angel friends so very much, for all that you do for us :) you all are wonderfully nice sweet, and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group warm happy friendship hug :) There's many more awesome times to look forward too, with family, friends nature and the wonderful spirit of the season :)
