Our cat and other things

Our cat ad to go back to the vet today because she was sluggish and not well acting.  Her eyes were big.  To make a long story shorter---she may have had a mini stroke or reaction to her medicine.  I am hoping it was the latter.  We have had a cat with a stroke before and he lived longer after because we didn't give up on him.  He didn't fully recover but he did get better.
Mom seems to be doing fine.  I was supposed to go on an outing with the people I work with and for but with our fur kid not well, I only went to the dinner and told my boss what I had to do today.  So I missed a fun day out but I couldn't have enjoyed it if I had gone.
