Our 12th Anniversary!

12 years ago today was one of the very best days of our lives, our wedding. SO many people were part of it and it was full of love and laughter. I send out a thank you to those who are on email, just telling them all how very special they made our day. Thought it would be nice to put something POSITIVE on my journal page for a change, aye? Here's the email. Wish I could fancy it up, but Yahoo doesn't let you do that very much.

It's hard to believe it's been TWELVE YEARS since we last gathered to celebrate Matt and I's union. It was quite a day complete traffic along the canal, Mother's Day, wonderful decorations, heartfelt speeches, singing, polka dances and getting married BY an alien (my wonderful Uncle Jackie!) and SO much more.
Thank you all for being part of our special day. It truly was one of the very best days of our lives and it wouldn't have been so special with you all. Love you, Robbin and Matt
PS: Wynny (our beloved furry child) says she was there in spirit!

Ta. I\'m praying every minute that the great cosmos gives us enough of a break and a little $$ so we can go to the White Mountains in NH. Four years is too long without even an overnight vaca or daytrip! Especially the past 4 years - hard ones for certain.
Do you have a special place you go for anniversaries or vaca\'s? I\'ll have to post some pics from 2009 (last time we got to go) so you can see the beauty and majesty of the mountains! Nibs :)
