Orencia Treatment

I took my third Orencia treatment today.  Why does all the "good" medicine make me feel so bad?  I know the Dr. wants to try this and I guess I'm open to it.  But gee whiz...  I walk in the door feeling O.K. , not terrific, but able to make the drive and not nausous.  Now after lunch and a nap, I feel like I've been run over by a truck.  Weak, shaky, headache, and let's not forget, nausous.  I just want to sit or better yet, sleep until it is all over.  I wonder how long this time?  The first Orencia, I felt sick about 1 1/2 days.  The second dose, I was ill for 4 1/2 days.  Now this one?  A whole week?  IT is just such a double whammy.  First a chronic disease, RA, that ruins my life and then medication that makes things even worse.I'll be more upbeat later.  Just as much as I prepare mentally for feeling bad, I'm never really ready.
