Optimism spreads
I am basically an optimistic person - almost annoyingly so. SO while I did go through the typical musings of "Why me, God? What did I do to derserve this." I have always been the person people turn to when something needs to be done. I am known for my competence and efficiency. I also have a tendency to get used like a doormat on occasion. My mom has always said that if I had an extra hour in my day that I would figure out a way to schedule 4 hours worth of stuff in it! I have since decided that this is a gift. I now have a very good reason to tell people "no, I just can't". I am wondering if the fibro classes I have been assigned to will really be helpful or if it will be full of common sense things like (1) don't try to do too much (2) do things in small pieces or (3) don't be afraid to ask for help. In the meantime it just worries to have to fit it into my schedule with traffic concerns.
