Oops! Forgot our wedding anniversary!
My husband leans over and gives me a I sorry I forgot our anniversary kiss! I told him no problem I forgot too! Hahahahahahaha! With the huricane season keeping us busy and my oldest off to Iraq, I just couldn't keep our anniversay on my mind long enough to remember it on time! But no worries here we both know the other loves each other so much that a little forgetfulness is just laughed off! I did think about the date coming up about a week or two before. We really don't need the date to remind us how thankful we are for each other. Because we both had sucky marriages and know we got it right this time! And then there's huricane Ike and we are hoping that whatever winds and rain we get wont be to bad especially since it isn't supposed to hit us. We are only supposed to get at most tropical winds and some rain. I'm really not that worried for us. My heart goes out to all the others who can't afford any more bad weather!I pray that all my friends will be safe,happy and painfree!
