OOOPS I did it AGAIN.....
I've messed up AGAIN!!! I guess I wasn't ready. I know I didn't feel very confident going into my quit this time. Also, the Chantix does not seem to working as well. I'm NOT GIVING UP, however. I've just got to get a little more prepared beforehand. Got some bubbles yesterday. My best friend is now back on Chantix, and I think I'll make my next quit date the same as whatever day he decides. ANYWAY, in the meantime, I'm not smoking at all at work - having only a few (2-5) at night. NOT GOOD, but not horrible, or at least not as bad as it was, anyway. Sorry to all you who give me such good support. I feel I've let you down. Most of all, I've let myself down. But, for whatever reason, the time ain't now for me. Soon, hopefully.....

The biggest let down is to yourself, you\'ll do it when you\'re ready and having your best friend to walk beside in the journey will help...(((HUGS)))
Just hang in there and keep at it. The trick is to not quit quitting. You will find the right moment and go for it. In the meantime, it\'s great that you are limiting yourself and keeping certain parts of your day smoke-free. That will help a lot when you make the break.
Hey, sorry I\'m a bit late catching up...from pigs to grandbabies! Cut yourself come slack, you\'ve been through a lot in the last while. You find your strength when you are ready! (((BIGHUGS))) Be Happy!
