Only 2 days in and on top of the world!!!

I can not believe how I have been feeling since starting this university course. I can't figure out whether its the structure of the weeks, the facilities, the university, the lecturers/tutors, the staff, my uncle/aunty, the being away from home, the feeling of independence and driving myself everywhere, or the feeling of being distracted and finally focused on something other than losing weight and m fatness, and actually working towards a goal of passing (and getting high, high, high marks) and completing every single question off every worksheet for every subject. I had this overwhelming joy wiped over me after completing yet another worksheet in only still the first day of that subject! I had to drive home this afternoon/tonight for an appointment here at home, and I guess to see my family, etc. and then driving back tomorrow for another couple of hours trip. My aunt/uncle have been really nice and set up a nice room for me and even put aside a desk and study area in my bedroom so I could complete my assignments and stuff without having to have so many distractions (especially because I have quite a lot of difficulty focusing). I have been eating as healthy as I have in such a long time, if ever, and have been having my muesli before I go on my drive to university, 40-45 minutes away, then at break after a lecture and workshop I have my lunch I brought with me, a salad/or salad wrap, with an apple, and if I'm up to it I might even manage a low-fat yogurt. In-between/during the next lecture and tutorial I might even snack on a couple of mixed nuts, and if I'm feeling really up for it I will have 1 or 2 fruit chews (natural lollies), then come home to my aunt and uncles for a dinner (usually maybe like a serve of protein and a salad). Does this sound alright to anyone, even though tonight on my drive home I had a bit of a binge :( But I will try and get back on track because eating these healthy foods gives me a bit more courage into losing some weight healthily and feeling fresher and healthier inside.

THANKYOU!!! :\') I am considering going to see a counselor again for some counseling because I\'m still not feeling 100% about myself AT ALL, and possibly even a dietitian, but I\'m not sure yet. You\'re help has made the WORLD of difference to me, so Thank YOU! :) x
