Oneday

Dearest,
I got a lot done today! Kristin was even impressed. I recorded and saved your voice message. Was easy I just did it the old way on the computer, your laptop actually. Did you know that you had left that on? All recharged now. I asked every damned screenager around how to do that and not one of them had a clue. They spend their lives with their faces glued to those damned phones and have no idea how to use them, hopeless.
I've been very angry today. I don't know why exactly. First I was mad at myself for doing some stupid thing. Actually yelled at myself to "pay attention dammit". Then I was mad at you. Leaving me here all alone to do all this stuff, I can't do it, it's too much. I was running from room to room all day yes, like a demented chipmunk. So much needs to be done and I just don't have time. I haven't even started on the "Thank You" cards. I found your lists from Maine on the laptop. You're so damned organized, how do you do it?
You know how I always said that I was the Smartest man in the World? Well, apparently I'm also a comic genius. I hang out on this website full of widows and widowers and and last night many were saying that I made them laugh. Audiences don't get any tougher that that. Without you around to burst my bubble I'll walk around thinking that for a long time.
Not so sad today, more angry than sad. It's so unfair, so wrong, so unjust. Here I am the intemperate, roue. And you the careful, health conscious, ever vigilant worrier, are gone. Taken by a cancer you never imagined not any that you always did. Ain't right.  Ain't fair. I'm not really mad at you, just frustrated with the way things are. Gonna do the finances now.
Till later, your Ken
