one year colonoscopy and follow up with surgeon

I've been busy.  Last Friday I had my 1 -year anniv. colonoscopy.  Everything looked fine.  They biopsied the surgical site and I haven't heard anything back from them yet.  Went to see colorectal surgeon yesterday.  He did a mini-scope and was pleased with the way everything has healed.  I was a "scanxiety" mess before both of these procedures so I am feeling emotionally drained right now.  Grateful, but tired.  Don't go back to the oncologist until July for bloodwork.  All three doctors keep recommending exercise as the best prevention, so I am going to focus on bringing that up notch.   Am also going to continue D3 and aspirin regimen.   More later when I'm not so tired....I need to win the lottery.  Work is really wearing me down lately.  Of course, I don't play the lottery so I probably won't win:-)  Must think of plan B.
